[Bug 63946] New: Cannot block CDIR /20

Bugzilla from bugzilla@apache.org
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=63946

            Bug ID: 63946
           Summary: Cannot block CDIR /20
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.4.37
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_auth
          Assignee: [hidden email]
          Reporter: [hidden email]
  Target Milestone: ---

<RequireAll>
Require all granted
Require not ip 36.71.112.182
Require not ip 159.138.0.0/20
Require not ip 148.251.0.0/16
Require not ip 109.194.213.76
</RequireAll>

The /16 notation is working as are single IPs, but the /20 will not work.
Running CentOS8... Found this issue as there is also a CIDR notation issue in
nftables so am unable to block in there.
